JTFSecurity Group Inc. is proud to announce the launch of our new Employee Referral Program available to all our employees! 

During these strange COVID-19 times, JTF has created a program where employment is put forward while supporting three different charities. Not only does this help to grow our team for our impending takeover, but it also generates a sentiment of collectivity. 

Here is how it works: Employees that refer a licensed friend, family or acquaintance (and that person ends up working for JTF for a minimum of 24 hours), will receive $20 on an Amazon gift card to be claimed at the end of the year.  In addition, we will donate money to one of the three chosen charities detailed below (guard’s choice)!  Guards can also choose to donate their $20 to a charity instead of receiving a gift certificate. Everyone wins!

Here are the three charities that JTF has decided to support this year:

  • Pawsitive Animal Rescue- Pawsitive animal rescue is a non-profit and charity organization, located in British Columbia. JTF wants to promote and put forward a healthy internal culture within our team and we strongly believe that this program reflects the values of our company. Giving to causes that are meaningful to us, especially with this type of “team work” is something we are more than proud to promote.
